The Unveiling of the Magic Spell: Natural Law Versus Legal Law
How the Illusion of the Legal System Grants Immunity to the Powerful

The COVID era was a moment of stark revelation, a time when a "magic spell" was dramatically lifted. What many of us didn't fully appreciate before this was just how pervasive this magic spell truly was. We exist in a world where we constantly weave between two fundamental realities: one is natural law, and the other is legal law. These two systems may sound similar, but their applications and underlying principles are profoundly different. The key difference is that the legal system is essentially a sleight of hand, a "magical spell" designed to allow certain people to evade the consequences that natural law demands. The time has come to understand this fundamental duality and recognize the true nature of the system we live under.

The Immediacy of Natural Law
Natural law is simply the law of nature, where cause and consequence are immediate and direct. It is a system built on common sense, logic, and reason. In this reality, avoiding negative consequences requires a clear understanding of obvious results. The principles are straightforward: you don't hit a bee's nest because the bees will attack you; you don't hit a bear because the bear will attack you. This law is also embodied in the laws of physics, such as the inevitable momentum going downhill or the need for energy going uphill. When we recognize and work with natural law, as humanity has done throughout history, we achieve greater efficiency and make advances.

The Core Principle: Do No Harm
The foundational premise of natural law is simple and unwavering: do no harm. There is no justification for causing harm to achieve personal ends. In a natural state, like a small group in the woods, if one person steals from another, there will be an immediate consequence. The offender would be expected to compensate the injured party to make them whole, either by returning value or facing punishment to achieve satisfaction. The lawful system, which is based on natural law, prohibits causing harm to any person, their property, or their word.

The Legal System's Immunity to Consequences
The opposite of this lawful reality is the legal system. It's a complex construct that takes root in cities and city-states, creating a world where consequences for wrongdoing are not inevitable. The entire design of the legal system is so people can break natural law and escape its direct consequences. Under the legal spell, powerful individuals can get away with literal murder, theft, and injury; they can do all manner of evil things without being held accountable. The system effectively allows certain powerful people to become immune to consequences for their actions.

The Hypocrisy of Taxation and Force
A clear example of this dual reality is the act of threatening someone for money. For a private individual, to say, "Give me your money or I'll hurt you," is a crime in both systems. However, the government is an example of a powerful entity that can get away with this very behavior. The magical word that transforms this threat and invasion of property into a "valid demand" is taxes. The threat of taxation is something people have been brainwashed to accept as permissible, even when it leads to the complete destruction of individuals. This theft of value, unless voluntary, is a clear violation of natural law. Yet, it is normalized to the point where governments will use force, even to the point of killing people, to collect taxes, because they've granted themselves immunity for this behavior.

The Horn of Plenty Analogy
An ancient analogy, the Horn of Plenty, perfectly illustrates the operation of this legal spell. The Horn of Plenty is a symbol of unending supply, with fruits and vegetables continuously pouring out of the wide end, allowing a small percentage of society—the "1%"—to dine in perpetuity. The horn spirals down to a small end, which symbolizes the rest of society, the "99%". The unlimited benefits for the few come from the many, who are forced to pay for it by way of taxation and regulation. This is legal theft, deemed "okay" because the powerful write the laws to their own benefit. This system of legalized theft and immunity continues because there's been no motivation to stop it.

The State's Power to "Get Away with Murder"
The legal system’s ability to confer immunity is not a trivial matter; it's a difference where, in the legal realm, one can literally "get away with murder". This terrifying power is evident in current events, such as the Canadian government's aggressive push for state suicide, a "clearinghouse program" to liquidate people who are now at the age to draw government entitlements. While a normal private individual would never contemplate such an act, the state, with its legal immunity, can push for this to get rid of people who have worked their whole lives and were promised a pension. This is the ultimate expression of the legal spell: allowing the powerful to commit atrocities while remaining completely unaccountable.

Conclusion: Recognizing the Illusion
The difference between legal and lawful is the difference between a system that protects the innocent and a system that protects the powerful. Natural law is based on the immutable principle of do no harm. Legal law is a man-made construct designed for the sole purpose of allowing certain individuals to profit by violating that natural law and escaping the consequences. What COVID revealed was the full scope of this magical spell. Only by recognizing this profound difference and the systemic brainwashing that leads people to accept the unacceptable—to give immunity to the powerful—can we begin to understand the reality we inhabit and find the motivation to stop the endless cycle of legalized theft and harm.
